What is the standard shipping timeframe for custom equipment?
Customized Maverik gloves or Cascade helmets typically require 5-7 business days for assembly before shipping. Standard ground shipping then takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I return a customized piece of equipment?
Due to the personalized nature of custom-colored helmets and gloves, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturer defect or a build error on our part.
Do you offer team discounts for bulk orders?

Is my Maverik shaft covered under warranty?
Maverik shafts typically carry a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, dents, or scratches resulting from standard gameplay.
